ChalkyBoard

Report something

If a message from ChalkyBoard should not have reached you, or something in the product is wrong, this page is how to tell us. A person reads every one of these.

report@chalkyboard.com

Include the message you received, or a link, if you have one. That is usually enough for us to find it straight away.

An email you did not want

Every message we send carries a one-click link at the bottom that stops all email from us to your address, permanently. Use that if you can: it takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us.

If the link is broken, or if somebody keeps entering your address, write to us and we will block the address at our end so that nobody can send to it again.

Boards sent to you about a student

Tutors can email the whiteboards from a lesson to a parent or guardian. If you received one and you are not the right person, tell us. We will remove your address and let the tutor know they have the wrong one.

Something that involves a child

ChalkyBoard is a tool for tutors, and there is nowhere in it for a child to enter their own email address. If you believe anything on the service involves the exploitation or endangerment of a minor, tell us at the address above and mark it urgent. We treat these ahead of everything else and we report to the appropriate authorities where the law requires it.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

Something else

Same address. Tell us what happened and what you would like done about it.
